Living at Ridgeline Parkway Apartments has been spook-tacular! The staff is always friendly and helpful (no tricks, just treats 🎃), maintenance responds faster than a ghost on Halloween night, and the community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. I’ve been haunting my apartment for a while now and still haven’t found a single scary thing about living here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home — without the fright! 👻🕷️

👻 Living at Ridgeline Parkway Apartments feels like a treat, no tricks here! The place is quiet, clean, and totally fang-tastic — the apartments are spacious and modern, and the whole complex looks boo-tiful day and night. My little monster (a.k.a. my son 😄) absolutely loves the pool — it’s his favorite “haunting ground”! The location is perfect for our family, and the staff? Always friendly, helpful, and quick to appear like magic whenever you need them. This place has been an absolute treat the whole time I’ve lived here. The people who live here and work here are all so kind and helpful. There’s great amenities, the apartments are all clean and brand new. They’re always forthcoming if there’s any work that’s getting done, they’re also constantly keeping people updated with events and activities. They make the whole move in process incredibly easy, not to mention that they make it super easy to add things. We were able to add a garage incredibly easily, and when we got a pet they just added it all on and made the process so smooth. They’ve been an absolute dream to rent from and I can see myself staying here for a good while.

We recently moved to Ridgeline from California. Before we settled on this complex, we looked at multiple properties in Payson, Springville, Pleasant Grove, and Provo. Without any hesitation whatsoever, this community was a clear cut above anything we saw. Ridgeline is a great place to call home. When we first inquired about a possible residence, Sabrina D. took great care in listening to us and went the extra mile to accommodate us in what we were looking for. She kept in constant contact with us with availability and timelines and ultimately found the perfect apartments for my wife and myself and a second apartment for our adult son. Since we have moved in, we have had positive interactions with the General Manager Kyla, Resident Specialist, Brandon, and Maintenance Director Ricky. All have been professional and personable and have graciously answered any questions or requests we may have had. We have resided in apartments for the past twenty years and this is the best office staff we have ever encountered. No place is perfect, but Ridgeline has a lot to offer. Great place to call home and a staff that is there for you.

Trying to find a new home in the midst of very stressful a situation, Sabrina took the time to move through application process in such efficient and timely manner. I lived at ridgeline for a year and mostly enjoyed my time there. I want to first give a huge, giant shout out and thank you to Sabrina and Kyla! If i could, i would give 5 stars just to those two specifically. They are two incredibly hardworking and dedicated women who really do an amazing job running the place. They handled any issue that popped up for me over the last 12 months with grace and patience. They were always kind and my interactions with them were always really pleasant. My only complaints about the apartments are minor. The dumpster door in-between buildings C and D is broken and swings with any slight breeze. When it's really windy outside, the door slams and it can get VERY loud. The apartments themselves are definitely designed to maximize space from floor to ceiling with the cabinets, so it's not ideal if you're short. It's super annoying to use a step stool for everything, but definitely a perk if you're someone who is taller. Amazon sucks at delivering packages if you live on one of the higher floors, and if the office is closed, theres a chance you won't get your package on time. The amenities are great and they do a great job of keeping them clean. My kids love the parks around the grounds, especially the big one. The free car vacuums are nice and convenient too. Stepping in the grass is a game of roulette if you're not paying attention, but since they've added more pet watlste stations, that problem seems to be improving. All in all, they're brand new apartments and little bumps in the road are going to happen. For the price and everything they have to offer, it really is a great place to live.

I just moved in and I love it. I love the cleanest. I love the courtyard, dog friendly cat friendly. The stuff in the office is very nice if I have any issues so far, I go to them directly and they solve it any matters I have with my apartment they respond to the issue the two ladies in the office are so nice and accommodating to whatever issues you have .

Moved in this month, I love it the office staff super nice and nice to talk to, I like the fact that there are permits for parking makes it easier for paying tenants, and if you have an issue the office hours are great you can walk in and resolve your your issues as i did, again moved from California to here and i love it so far !!!!

Sabrina, the manager was absolutely fabulous to work with! My wife and I are moving across the country in a few months and are not able to look at the apartments ourselves, and throughout the whole process Sabrina has been very informative and helpful. She took my sister in law and us via facetime on a tour around the complex and answered all our questions. She has made this move so much easier for us! My sister in law said the grounds were very clean and no detail was spared. My wife and I are excited to live there!

OMG! These are GREAT APARTMENTS! They are brand new! Great price! Great size rooms! Awesome amenities! I love my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. They have 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom units. The office staff & the workers are so friendly & professional. Such a convenient location! I’ve timed myself driving from my apartment to Target, Walmart and a ton of wonderful shopping experiences and it’s never more than 5 minutes door to door! And best of all the price is great! Come check out these amazing units and don’t forget to ask about the fun amenities and community building events. Ask for Kayla (Manager) she’s seriously the best!
