This place has been an absolute treat the whole time I’ve lived here. The people who live here and work here are all so kind and helpful. There’s great amenities, the apartments are all clean and brand new. They’re always forthcoming if there’s any work that’s getting done, they’re also constantly keeping people updated with events and activities. They make the whole move in process incredibly easy, not to mention that they make it super easy to add things. We were able to add a garage incredibly easily, and when we got a pet they just added it all on and made the process so smooth. They’ve been an absolute dream to rent from and I can see myself staying here for a good while.

My property management company is truly the heart of my success. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for both the property and the people they serve set them apart. They handle everything seamlessly—from maintenance to tenant relations—with integrity and efficiency. What stands out most is their commitment to excellence. we love ridgeline!! been here almost a year and no complaints at all. the management is great, they’ve always been quick to respond if we need anything repaired or have any questions! the amenities are amazing and the apartment itself is super nice! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking into rentals :)

Besides the beautiful apartments, this review is to highlight the EXEPTIONAL level of professionalism with added care by Sabrina Dearden. Trying to find a new home in the midst of very stressful a situation, Sabrina took the time to move through application process in such efficient and timely manner. She kept us informed of approval even later into the evening. Thank you, Ridgeline Apartments for hiring such a gem!

Such a beautiful place to live! The management is so kind and professional. Maintenance is quick to get things completed, and the location is perfect. 10/10 recommend this place to live!

I just moved in and I love it. I love the cleanest. I love the courtyard, dog friendly cat friendly. The stuff in the office is very nice if I have any issues so far, I go to them directly and they solve it any matters I have with my apartment they respond to the issue the two ladies in the office are so nice and accommodating to whatever issues you have .

Moved in this month, I love it the office staff super nice and nice to talk to, I like the fact that there are permits for parking makes it easier for paying tenants, and if you have an issue the office hours are great you can walk in and resolve your your issues as i did, again moved from California to here and i love it so far !!!!

I visit my daughter here and it's beautiful always seem to be clean kept up my daughter seems to be happy living here.Two ladies in office very nice My sister moved in this month she absolutely loves it here, ever time she has a question she calls or walks in office and it's solved,clean courtyard and parking passes very good idea very pleased and happy to know my daughter and sister are doing great at Ridgeline Apartments in Spanish fork !!!!
