These apartments are beautiful and spacious and offer excellent views for such great prices!! We had the pleasure of working with Cheyenne throughout this process from touring several different apartments and all of the amenities all the way through the approval and move in process and she was excellent to work with!! Honestly a true gem!! She was friendly, personable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient . . . We had great communication . . . I highly highly recommend this apartment complex, which is incredibly budget friendly, and ask for Cheyenne as you will not be disappointed!!

Took a few tours here and loved it! The staff shout out Caleb was so helpful and made us feel so welcome and answered all of our questions!! We are so excited to move in here!

Caleb was so helpful and nice! He took the time to show my wife and I multiple layouts in multiple buildings to ensure we found our perfect apartment!

I just wanted to say that Kyla Sabrina and the young man that also works there in the office and the maintenance people are so attentive. Every time I had a problem or needed something to be fixed. It is done within a day or two and they respond to me with my emails or my phone calls, I have not been disappointed at all for any reason since I've been here for the last about six months or so. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Spooktacular 5-Star Review! We absolutely love living @ Ridgeline — it’s a real treat (no tricks)! The tall ceilings make everything feel open and grand, and the kitchen is so new and spacious, it’s like cooking in a modern witch’s lair. The floors are boo-tiful, the paint is light and bright, and the whole apartment just feels magical. Our patio has hauntingly gorgeous views, and we love taking moonlit strolls on the walking path. The splash pad keeps the little monsters happy, and the pool and gym are to die for. Bonus points for the package lockers (no disappearing deliveries!) and the car vacuum area — total lifesavers. All in all, this place has us bewitched — it’s our favorite kind of haunt, cozy, clean, and full of charm. (Max McGrath)

Living at Ridgeline Parkway Apartments has been spook-tacular! The staff is always friendly and helpful (no tricks, just treats 🎃), maintenance responds faster than a ghost on Halloween night, and the community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. I’ve been haunting my apartment for a while now and still haven’t found a single scary thing about living here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home — without the fright! 👻🕷️

The place is quiet, clean, and totally fang-tastic — the apartments are spacious and modern, and the whole complex looks boo-tiful day and night. My little monster (a.k.a. my son 😄) absolutely loves the pool — it’s his favorite “haunting ground”! The location is perfect for our family, and the staff? Always friendly, helpful, and quick to appear like magic whenever you need them.
