Spooktacular 5-Star Review! We absolutely love living @ Ridgeline — it’s a real treat (no tricks)! The tall ceilings make everything feel open and grand, and the kitchen is so new and spacious, it’s like cooking in a modern witch’s lair. The floors are boo-tiful, the paint is light and bright, and the whole apartment just feels magical. Our patio has hauntingly gorgeous views, and we love taking moonlit strolls on the walking path. The splash pad keeps the little monsters happy, and the pool and gym are to die for. Bonus points for the package lockers (no disappearing deliveries!) and the car vacuum area — total lifesavers. All in all, this place has us bewitched — it’s our favorite kind of haunt, cozy, clean, and full of charm. (Max McGrath)

Living at Ridgeline Parkway Apartments has been spook-tacular! The staff is always friendly and helpful (no tricks, just treats 🎃), maintenance responds faster than a ghost on Halloween night, and the community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. I’ve been haunting my apartment for a while now and still haven’t found a single scary thing about living here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home — without the fright! 👻🕷️

My little monster (a.k.a. my son 😄) absolutely loves the pool — it’s his favorite “haunting ground”! The location is perfect for our family, and the staff? Always friendly, helpful, and quick to appear like magic whenever you need them. This place has been an absolute treat the whole time I’ve lived here. The people who live here and work here are all so kind and helpful. There’s great amenities, the apartments are all clean and brand new. They’re always forthcoming if there’s any work that’s getting done, they’re also constantly keeping people updated with events and activities. They make the whole move in process incredibly easy, not to mention that they make it super easy to add things. We were able to add a garage incredibly easily, and when we got a pet they just added it all on and made the process so smooth. They’ve been an absolute dream to rent from and I can see myself staying here for a good while.

we love ridgeline!! been here almost a year and no complaints at all. the management is great, they’ve always been quick to respond if we need anything repaired or have any questions! the amenities are amazing and the apartment itself is super nice! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking into rentals :)

Besides the beautiful apartments, this review is to highlight the EXEPTIONAL level of professionalism with added care by Sabrina Dearden. Trying to find a new home in the midst of very stressful a situation, Sabrina took the time to move through application process in such efficient and timely manner. She kept us informed of approval even later into the evening. Thank you, Ridgeline Apartments for hiring such a gem!
